As the Financial and Operations Coordinator, Ms. Comeaux works directly with the CFO and the Compliance/Budget Officer and all Picard staff to maintain and monitor project files and maintains all personnel and employment records for the Center. She is responsible for tracking the approval process and maintaining a list of all contracts, subawards, employees, temp employees, and transient employees. Ms. Comeaux works with the Compliance/Budget Officer on subcontracts and proposals for pending and approved projects throughout the center. She is also responsible for drafting and processing all Human Resources documents. Ms. Comeaux also supports the Picard Center's Event Rentals, duties which include working with facilities management on room rentals and facilities requirements for rental clients, working with food and beverage personnel on proper meal prep and delivery for room rentals, working with Auxilary Services for various other needs required to deliver high-quality rental experiences at the center, and working with the administration to properly handle and track expenses and payments.
All Center Projects are supported by the Financial and Operations Coordinator.
