The Picard Center for Child Development and Lifelong Learning held their CLASS-ACT Observer Orientation on September 11-12th for 53 CLASS observers. During this two-day training our team of highly qualified individuals reviewed observation procedures, practiced observation coding, and prepared for observations to start on September 18th, 2017. The Picard Center will conduct an estimated 3,860 early childhood classroom observations in every Louisiana parish during this school year.
